Yoga has been a big part of Baddoura’s life for the last 14 years spiritually and physically. Yoga taught her how to breath. Through her breath, she connects with her being and true self. Yoga unlocks her spirit and opens her heart. She is more focused, compassionate, kinder, confident, and stronger being because of what she experiences and feels on her mat.
