Gentle flow is ideal for practitioners who are looking to slow their practice, and who desire a more active class than our Restorative or Yin Yoga classes.
Gentle flow is a breath-centered practice incorporating many elements of both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. This class is great for gently opening up the body, while focusing on strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for beginners who haven’t taken our Beginning Yoga Class and for practitioners who already have an active practice looking for a gentler class.
