Classical Hatha Yoga is the practice of combining the focus of breath and movement of asana. This yoga practice is a potent alignment-oriented practice emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures.
Classical Hatha Yoga offers a slower moving class with a focus on strength building. Asanas are held in accurate alignment and emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance.
Although this is a challenging class, all levels are welcome.
