Kate is a trained doula and the mama of two young boys. Her prenatal yoga classes are alignment based, giving equal attention to strength and relaxation. They also offer the opportunity to build community with other mamas.
Kate’s instruction will bring awareness to your body, mind, breath, and well-being during pregnancy. In each class we will work with postures to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and learn breathing and relaxation techniques, in order to let go both physically and mentally. These classes are safe and supportive, and designed to increase overall comfort, while gaining useful tools to empower you to stay focused and calm during labor, birth, and on into motherhood.
Kate’s prenatal classes are appropriate for new and experienced students.
