Whether you are new to Yin yoga or a long time practitioner come deepen your understanding of this healing practice. Yin Yoga poses are long held stretches that nourish the connective tissue and invite deep relaxation. We will examine the many benefits of this practice with a focus on specific meridians, chakras and organs.
The second session will focus on poses that Open, Strengthen and Awaken the heart and lungs.
All levels welcome. All props provided. Please bring yoga mat and journal.
