Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to support the many changes the body experiences during pregnancy and after birth. Yoga is an ideal way to bring awareness to your body, mind, breath, and well-being during pregnancy and post pregnancy.
These classes will help mama’s and mamma’s to-be work with postures to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, as well as opening and relaxation techniques.
This class can help you to stay connected with your breath throughout pregnancy, labor, and into motherhood. Enjoy a supportive environment where you can connect with other mamas in your community who are on the same journey.
