As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, Sarah wanted to turn her passion for coaching and training into a career. Sarah is inspired by her travels and driven to teach power vinyasa yoga. She is honored to offer unique experiences of yoga to enlighten, transcend stress and tension, restore body balance, and bring self empowerment and inner peace. Sarah practices with a spirit of gratitude and respect for each yogi’s unique journey. Outside the studio, Sarah hopes to train for a half marathon and develop my photography portfolio as an ambitious world traveler.
Sarah is a certified Power yoga teacher and has taught her students how to experience new ways of practicing yoga on land and in water. She is a yoga instructor writer and a healthy lifestyle advocate.
