South African born and raised, Tracey is a wife and mother of 5 children, 2 of whom attend UC Berkeley. Immigrating to California in 2002, she now lives in Santa Rosa, CA.
A lifelong health and fitness enthusiast, practicing Yoga was a natural progression of combining a physical practice, mediation and a holistic lifestyle. Seeing benefits manifesting in her own life, and that of her family, Tracey became passionate about spreading the feel good energy that the practice of Yoga gifts to all whom welcome it.
Tracey offers a consciously linked body-breath-mind Vinyasa Flow class, to all levels. Welcoming beginners, or those who are a little self conscious, offering all her students a positive, encouraging environment. Practicing with an injury has allowed her to better understand the importance of correct alignment, patience, and the modification of certain poses.
Tracey completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at YogaONE, under the guidance of Shane Davis, and has attended workshops in the Bay Area and South Africa. It is her intention to continue adding valuable instruction credits to her certification.
